Responsibilities:
Participate actively in reviews and revisions of the technical documentation. Prepares/ reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, job manpower forecasts.
Accomplishes construction project results by calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordination staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing chance orders.
Meets construction budget in his area of responsibility by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Civil engineering
Even no experience
Additional qualifications and experience in construction projects is a major advantage
Excellent communications skills
Good understanding of building electrical systems
Thorough knowledge of specific legal issues and safety standards is essential
Mother tongue Romanian, proficiency in English
Knowledge on Italian or German is advantage
Able to use AutoCAD and MS Office programs (Project, Excel, Word
